The 55" Gas Triple Deck Oven - G2000 Series (G2121-72) by Garland is a commercial grade deck oven. This unit is versatile, as it can be used for both baking and roasting. The external is constructed out of sturdy stainless steel with aluminized back panels and top. This triple stacked unit has two bake ovens and one roast oven. Each bake oven features a ¾" heathite deck, while the roast oven has a 12 gauge steel hearth deck. It's so easy to insert food into this oven, as the door is full width.
