The 40" Gas Convection Oven (VC4GC) is a single section oven with the time-saving characteristics that Vulcan builds into all its machines. It is made fully from stainless steel and features independently operated stainless steel doors with double pane windows. Computer controls in this unit allow for adjustments from 150° F to 500°F, and an oven cool-down switch expedites cool down to save energy. The oven has 11 rack positions and comes with 5 oven racks, and is heated by separate generators
